Rob Williamson
Rob brings over 30 years of experience in the Construction and Real Estate Development industries. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from Georgia Tech with a certificate in Urban Policy & Development. After graduation, he worked for two Atlanta-based national general contractors building projects in the Healthcare, Industrial, Hospitality, Corporate, Municipal and Higher Education markets.
In 2004, Rob teamed up with legendary Atlanta developer Kim King & Associates to manage all of their construction as well as acting as third party GC and CM for others on Multifamily, Retail, Office, K-12, Hospitality and Higher Education projects. Rob served on the Alumni Board and Advisory Board of the Georgia Tech School of Construction, Science and Management and is past President of the Marietta High School Baseball Booster Club and is a member of the Board of the Marietta High School Soccer Goal Club.
