Our work has primarily included neighborhood and community retail centers designed to support long-term tenant demand and high-traffic commercial corridors. These projects typically consist of structural steel and concrete masonry systems with durable exterior finishes such as brick cladding and glass storefront façades, balancing functionality, durability, and modern retail aesthetics.
In addition to base building construction, RHW & Co. also provides tenant improvement services, completing interior buildouts for individual retailers or collaborating seamlessly with tenant-selected contractors when preferred. This flexibility allows us to support both developer-led and tenant-driven delivery models while maintaining quality and schedule alignment.
