RHW and Co. closely oversees all work on site and manages all technical coordination to ensure that that all work goes in smoothly, efficiently and in strict compliance with contract drawings. We monitor all tasks on the project schedule and update as needed. We facilitate OAC meetings, scheduling meetings and subcontractor meetings on site and keep all team members up to date on the progress of the job. Safety and quality are at top of mind of all team members on a constant basis throughout the process. We take a proactive approach to scheduling so we can build in the most efficient and quality minded methods as possible. Our collaborative approach with our clients, the design team and our trade partners leads to a first-class finished product in which we can all take great pride.
